Is a gas boiler service mandatory?
Yes, gas boilers must be inspected regularly by an authorised installer – typically every year or every other year depending on the type.
Can I cancel the service agreement?
Yes, the agreement runs for one year at a time and can be cancelled with one month's notice before expiry.
